This document outlines the terms of our professional engagement, designed to ensure we are always aligned and moving toward a successful launch.

1. My Service Commitment & Results Disclaimer

Game Catapult provides specialized marketing strategy, copywriting, and content creation services. My process, The Game Catapult System, is designed to take the guesswork out of your launch, dramatically increase your game's visibility, and stack the deck for commercial success firmly in your favor.

I am your strategic partner, committed to applying my full expertise, data-driven insights, and industry knowledge to your project. My guarantee is one of process and commitment: I guarantee to deliver the highest quality strategic work, creative assets, and dedicated partnership as outlined in your specific project proposal.

However, the video game market is inherently dynamic and unpredictable. Factors such as platform algorithm changes, shifting player tastes, and market saturation are outside of any single entity's control. Therefore, while my work is designed to maximize your potential, I cannot and do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, such as a set number of wishlists, unit sales, or revenue figures.

My role is to build you the most powerful rocket possible. The destination is a shared ambition I will work tirelessly to help you achieve.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

Our partnership is a significant investment in specialized, senior-level strategic work. You are not purchasing a simple product; you are securing a dedicated block of my time, expertise, and creative energy, which begins the moment you engage my services.

The value of my work in research, analysis, strategic planning, and creative development is delivered upfront and is intensive from day one. To ensure my incentives are perfectly aligned with the most important goal (engineering a successful launch for your game), my policy is direct and designed for commitment:

All payments for services rendered by Game Catapult are final and non-refundable.

This policy allows me to fully commit my resources to your project without reservation and ensures a partnership based on a shared, forward-looking investment in your game's future. I consider your payment an act of commitment that I match with my own.

3. Cancellation Policy

When you engage Game Catapult for a project, you are reserving a coveted spot in my limited client roster. This means I am declining other potential projects to give your game the focused, senior-level attention it requires.

Therefore, once payment for a service or package is made and the project is officially kicked off, the engagement is considered active and cannot be canceled for a refund or credit. This ensures the integrity of my project schedule and my commitment to the clients I serve.

Should you need to pause or delay a project for development reasons, please contact me immediately. I will always strive to be a flexible and understanding partner and I will review such situations on a case-by-case basis to find a fair path forward, though this does not alter the non-refundable nature of the payment.

4. Strategic Consultation & Fair Use Policy

For partners receiving ongoing strategic support (consultation) as part of their service package, the following terms define the scope and boundaries of this relationship to ensure sustainability and efficiency.

Scope of Consultation: Support is defined as strategic guidance, advice, feedback, and direction regarding the marketing of your project. It does not include the manual execution of new assets (e.g., video editing, graphic design) or copywriting for new updates not covered in the initial scope, unless a separate agreement is made.

Channels & Availability: Communication shall primarily take place via Discord, Email or video calls. While I am deeply invested in your success and strive to be an active presence in your team, I operate on a "fair use" basis to balance workflow across all active partners.

Fair Use Commitment: I aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 business hours. I reserve the right to limit communication volume or schedule responses if requests become excessive, repetitive, or fall outside reasonable business hours. This ensures I can provide high-quality, focused attention to your project over the long haul without dilution of service quality.
